Turnkey · Mendoza, Argentina

Industrial dissolving in batches of up to 50,000 liters

Challenge: A three-stage dissolver for 30,000 and 50,000-liter batches, with its own automation.
Solution: Modular unit with a standalone PLC, 14" touchscreen, interface with the room SCADA, flowmeter and closed-loop recirculation.
Result: Preparation time cut from 7 hours to 1: 86% less.

Stable carbonation and higher capacity on a beverage line

Challenge: Unstable mix ratio and CO₂ levels, low flow and high losses.
Solution: FAT testing, programming, electrical drawings, commissioning and training.
Result: Integrated without errors and run fully independently by plant staff.

Automation · Argentina

Bottling line back on track with upgraded controls

Challenge: Outdated PLC and HMI with a hardware incompatibility that was holding back production.
Solution: Reprogramming of the Siemens S7-1511 and HMI, on-site platform change, and recipes, alarms and users built from scratch.
Result: Automated CIP and integrated pressure, level and flow control.

Processing room designed and integrated end to end

Challenge: A complete processing room for sweeteners, with no single supplier to design and start it up.
Solution: DVM 200 dissolver, three 4 m³ buffer tanks, a 6 m³/h pasteurizer and two filling lines, with product traceability and volumetric gauging.
Result: 80% of the design and 100% of commissioning by AIPSA; room integrated and running.
